Growth does not always look loud. Sometimes it looks like tuning in 🖤

I’ve completed my Quartz Crystal 7 Chakra Singing Bowl training with , deepening my relationship with sound, frequency, and intentional healing ✨

With my wrist situation, I’ve had a lot of time to sit and truly listen. I’ve been studying, meditating, moving through some heaviness, working on myself, and finishing things that strengthen my skills and expand my knowledge. I especially loved the music theory portion, which helped me understand sound, tone, and frequency in a deeper, more intentional way 🎶

Training with Soaring Soul Wellness was thoughtful, well structured, and deeply supportive. If you’re feeling called to learn more about sound healing, her offerings are truly worth exploring! Don’t forget to check out all the instruments on her website too!

I felt called to share this, as many people appreciate seeing certifications, and for me it reflects a continued commitment to learning, integrity, and holding informed and intentional space 🥹

As we step into a new year, my heart is full of gratitude. To my followers, clients, supporters, friends, family and everyone in between thank you for walking alongside me, believing in me, and holding space for this journey! 🙏🏼

This year was one of being gently and not so gently thrown into alignment. Of trusting the nudges, listening to the whispers, and following the path that kept unfolding in front of me at an accelerated speed! What began as a calling turned into Bare Soul Healing, and I am still in awe of how much can grow when you say yes to your soul.

The universe gave many pushes this year some subtle, some undeniable and each one carried energy, lessons, and expansion. Every session, gathering, offering, and connection reminded me why this work matters so deeply.

Thank you for being part of this sacred unfolding. Here’s to honoring our intuition, stepping into destiny, and continuing to grow, heal, and create together in the year ahead 🖤

What a night!!

A full house of beautiful souls taking time to honor themselves and the Winter Solstice ✨

My cup is overflowing with gratitude. My heart feels rested and ready for the remainder of the year! Just like the returning light, we returned to ourselves, our breath, and the changing of the seasons as we officially welcomed winter.

Even with the holiday season in full swing, it was powerful to slow down, sit in sacredness, & rest in sound. To tune into what truly matters. Community. Togetherness. Family.

Whether that’s family, chosen family, friends, colleagues, or even complete strangers, we are always in this together 🖤

I also want to hold space for those moving through grief during this season. The holidays can carry both light & heaviness, and if you are navigating loss, change, or tender emotions, know that you are held deeply in my heart. You are not alone. 🙏🏼

I’ve been pouring and preparing my Winter Candle Collection with this energy in mind. Each candle is made with 100% beeswax and finished with dried herbs, created to support rest, renewal, dream tending, and the simple comfort of a lit flame in the dark. ✨

These candles are meant to be companions through the long nights, holiday gatherings, quiet mornings, and moments of pause in between. Whether used for ritual, reflection, or simply to warm your space, they’re an offering of presence and care.

All candles are made with 100% pure local beeswax and finished with organic & locally grown or ethically foraged herbs.

Hand poured & hand-dipped, each candle is one of a kind. Each blend is created in small batches and meant for ritual use, reflection, seasonal tending or adding magic to any aspect of life!
