🌱 ECOSYSTEMS 🌱

Once a month for the next four months, Toledo Mindfulness Institute and Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful are hosting a free workshop series that brings together yoga and environmental care!

Each class has a different theme and is held at a different location. You’ll start by taking care of yourself, your mind and your body with a yoga class taught by one of TMI’s excellent instructors.

Then, a local expert will teach you about how to take care of the environment around you! For example, last month we got to learn about composting and how we can start a compost bin at home.

Ecosystems was a fun, restorative experience that really helped us recenter after a busy week. We can’t wait for the next session! 👇
