Basic Coaching ($125/month) is affordable but still provides a great value, includes: Monthly 30min Video Conference, Weekly Handcrafted Training Programs, and Unlimited Facebook Messenger/SMS Texting Access to solve questions related to your weekly training. (Good option for those who do not want to record lifts)

Video Consultations: $75 per hour. Personalized Program: $100 for a 12-Week Custom Training Program that is tailored to your current situation.
