this year asked for presence,
for patience.
for noticing what was here—
even when it felt sharp or tender.

there was learning and growing.
community and conversation.
quiet moments of reflection.
big milestones.
many, many, small, meaningful pauses.

space was held.
humans were guided.
meals were shared.
resources were offered freely.
work was done with care and intention.

not everything was easy.
but it was honest.
and it mattered.

hi, i’m allison — your mindful health coach 🤍

i guide superfolk (like you) from busy to balanced with a mindful mix of wellness, wonder, and whole-self care.

what does that mean?

it means i help people who want to feel happier and healthier, right now.

inspired my own health struggles with chronic heart issues, strokes, brain surgery, and breast cancer, plus life challenges like the loss of my dad to ALS, divorce during COVID, and discovering my sexuality identity in later life…

i help others, especially women navigating midlife, stress, or transition—and caretakers who feel tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.

using tools from yoga, mindfulness, and whole-person health, we create a completely customized wellness journey for you.

my offerings include:

the wellness world is full of magic pills and one-size-fits-all fixes, but real life needs something more personal.
