you don’t have to leave your life to take care of yourself.

you don’t need a retreat, a studio, or an extra hour you don’t have.

sometimes care looks like a mat on the office floor,
a few intentional breaths between meetings,
a moment to feel your feet, your spine, your self again.

this is mindful health—
meeting yourself right where you are,
and remembering your body belongs in every space you occupy.

let’s schedule YOUR time.

making together matters because it does things talking alone can’t.

when we make together—draw, move, build, cook, write, stitch—our nervous systems start syncing.

shoulders drop. breath slows. attention shifts from performing to participating.

that’s regulation practiced in real time.

for those of us with different neurology, complex trauma, and deep scars, we need CARE.

at its core, making together is a form of care.

it feels like: you don’t have to be fixed, productive, or articulate to belong here.

this month, we are making kalimba after centering with a chair yoga practice.

spending time IN & WITH your body matters.

because your body is where life is actually happening.
not in the overthinking.
not in the fixing.
not in the future.

when you’re in your body, your nervous system gets the message:

i’m safe right now.

your body tells the truth about what you need.
rest. space. movement. boundaries. care.

you don’t heal by thinking your way through life.
you heal by FEELING supported while you’re here.

being in your body isn’t another thing to do.
it’s a remembering.
a coming home.

you’re allowed to be here.

join a class, schedule a massage, book a float, connect with your physical body.

let’s focus on YOUR mindful health.
message me for YOU.

these images aren’t real, but i am VERY REAL.

AND being real isn’t very consumable.
it doesn’t package well.
because it doesn’t optimize.

plus, my background is in nonprofit work,
where the greater good is the mission,
and the mission is the marketing.

my work lives in hard effort, harsh realities, and healing what’s actually broken—
in bodies, in systems, in people.

this kind of work is slow.
it’s uncomfortable.
and it’s not very ai-friendly.

but it’s real, guaranteed!

a client once shared,

“I need a guide who’s been through the sh*t (understands struggle) and still shines.”

if that resonates, we should probably talk.

a kalimba sounds magical
like a fairy is playing a music box

this instrument has the power to calm, settle, and lull the nervous system

is anyone paying attention?

sometimes social media feels like talking into the void about things that actually matter—presence, care, nervous systems, being human—and watching it scroll by.

and i find myself asking: why am i even doing this?

maybe it’s not about numbers.
maybe it’s about planting something quietly.
maybe it’s about one person finding the words they didn’t have yet.

still… it can feel lonely out here.

when you spend time MAKING TOGETHER
shifts attention from performing to participating.

here’s what’s really happening underneath:

• it creates safety without pressure
you don’t have to explain yourself when your hands are busy. connection happens sideways, not face-to-face.

• it builds belonging
making side by side reminds us we’re not alone in the process. no one is “ahead” or “behind”—we’re just here.

• it grounds us in the present moment
making pulls attention into the body. this is mindfulness that’s lived, not instructed.

• it softens hierarchy and perfectionism
when everyone is making, expertise matters less than presence. mistakes become part of the texture.

• it allows regulation to spread
calm is contagious. so is curiosity. so is gentleness.

at its core, making together is a form of care.

it says: you don’t have to be fixed or have the answers to belong here.
