A mom runner I follow on TT posted this today and i felt was worthy of sharing, whether or not you are a believer, this applies to everyone and every body ❤️ Dont let the world tell you that your too fat, to thin, to slow etc. Dont let the negativity of the world ruin how you see yourself. That run did not feel good at all. I had to walk a bunch. My legs ached the whole time which made my hip flexor feel tight. I wanted a longer run than this, but today just wasn’t my day. Its been a while since a run felt that crappy. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Speedwork Wednesday .and.macros . Two options today and I picked speed. 2 laps of float sprint, then 2x 600/400/200 with 400 slow in between. Although i realized i didn’t do 400 after my 200 speed. Oh well. I could have pushed harder if it weren’t for the gas bubbles in my chest. Oh well again. I still pushed to finish the workout. 4 miles total today.

First run all week. March miles have not been the greatest. We are in a stressful hard season in my family. Classes start back again Monday too. Also, I keep getting gas bubbles in my chest. But I feel better having gotten a few miles in.
