Maybe you're new to this page so I wanted to take the time to let you know about me and BEAR HANDS THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE.
I am a NY state licensed massage therapist and my treatments are primarily deep tissue except no massage can be completely one technique. Treatments are goal focused for pain management and recovery. I work at 4 locations. I am in Cortland, NY on Fridays from 1pm to 7pm at Cortland Global Heart Healing and Massage. I am available at the YMCA in Oneida NY on Saturdays from 9am - 1pm. I have a private studio in Oneida where I am available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Finally my original studio in Mattydale, NY is available Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday. No matter what the location is the process is the same. When you come in for your appointment I'll show you the treatment area and we will discuss your desired outcome of the treatment. I'll leave the room so you can get on the table. The treatment will work within your tolerance in regards to pressure and technique necessary to provide the desired outcome. When the treatment is over (50 minutes for one hour and 75 minutes for one and a half hours) I will leave the room so you can recover and redress.
