We moved, breathed, laughed, discussed and had fun.

Thanks to you all for being open to learning, exploring, and experiencing my love for Ashtanga Yoga. I hope I instilled some of that love into your being as well. It was a privilege 🙏🏽

Interested in exploring Ashtanga Yoga or learning about a different type of Yoga from your regular practice? Come and discover the Ashtanga Primary Series! This will be an actual Yoga class, as you will be cued through the Ashtanga Primary Series poses and breath.

Those who practice Ashtanga Yoga seek it for the physical (strength, tone, flexibility) and mental benefits (meditation, stress relief, relaxation) the practice provides. All levels of are welcome, as modifications and props will be utilized.

This class is FREE to Monthly Unlimited clients. All other clients $30/Master Class.

How do you level up your salad? 🥗

I’m in my “salad for lunch” era. Marisol likes to have lettuce in her wraps for lunch at school and since our garden lettuce is no longer, I now buy a head of lettuce for the week. Let’s be honest, it’s much cheaper to buy a huge head of lettuce instead of a boxed mix of some sort.

So, I’m really enjoying it and I’m wondering how many different ways I can make a salad. How do you make yours?

🔥 The heat is on 🔥

And I couldn’t be more excited!

Starting this Wednesday, the heat is back for Ashtanga, heating the room to 86 degrees. The heat makes Yin, following Ashtanga, even more cozy ☺️
