The Supported Self LICSW I am a therapist in Tacoma, WA. I offer both in person and telehealth services for youth and adults facing trauma, life transitions, and grief/loss.

Please contact me to schedule! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Tacoma, WA. I see clients all over Washington state! I earned my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at the University of Washington in 2019. I completed an additional three years of supervision and clinical practice to earn my LICSW in 2023. I work primarily with youth and young adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and grief/loss (including pet grief).
