Kawehi's 90 day challenge My journey. I will be very transparent. What I eat. What I do. Keep me accountable. Choosing to eat healthy and use great plant based products. It's Time.

I want to be around to enjoy my grandchildren. After 50 we all have "things" we have to deal with - sore joints, blood sugar levels, weight, stress, finances and retirement. Well I don't want to just sit around and wait for it all to happen, gonna jump on that train of "getting better and healthy" today! Join me with your words of encouragement, recipes, or exercise tips. If you want to join me in this challenge, just post your successes....if you need encouragement call me.

Well I have decided that swimming will be Monday Wednesday and Friday and Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday will be days to do yoga or circuit. So excited to get back in the gym. 90 days at a time.

Well it is January 2020. I just completed an 8 week coaching on Healthy eating. What does that mean. It means eat Whole Foods. I now just shop in four places at the store. Produce. Meat. Dairy. Nuts and eggs. That’s it. No going down all the aisles. Nope. I make all my food and then put it in containers for lunches and dinners.
Next I will learn to use my instapot. Excited to start this now.
Menu planning and choosing what to eat is so important. And oh the last thing. Drink 80-90 oz of water. That alone will help you flush your system. No more knee problems. Yeah!!!!

I have come to realize if I do 90 days at a time - it is doable and reachable. I will start Friday - September 1 - December 1. The goal - muscle / tone up, two days a week at gym minimum, protein shake for breakfast and dinner and good protein lunch (during the week). Goal is to loose two dress sizes. Here we go! I will keep you all posted. Currently 16-18 dress / XXL shirts and 18 short pants....lets see where I end up! NOW while on my cruise I will eat better and more greens and fruit.

I started this page last year. I was doing great. But then life happened. I was up to 209 pounds fighting depression and idleness. Why? Because I let Satan take over my mind. 2017 is a year of Renewal and Restoration for me. Getting back to basics. Choosing to make wise and healthy choices. I will post my journey. My goals this year. Eat fish or chicken three to five times a week. Limit my carbs. Do the YMCA active Trax 2-3 times a week. Do yoga 2 times a week and do water aerobics at least 1 time A week. I am currently at 196. My goal is 178 by July this is what I weighted when I got married. And 160 by December. I will do this. I know I will because you all will keep me accountable. Praise the lord for his grace and mercy and his unfailing love and understanding of what we are going through. Hallelujah.
