We assess you as a whole, not just your injury and will work with you towards optimum function. Chris Ford, PT, MPT founded ABC Physical Therapy in April 2001. Graduate from the University of Puget Sound in 1995 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. Alternative Back Care specializes in back pain, neck pain, migraines and more addressing every pain each patient encounters in life. Chris Ford developed an extremely accurate alignment technique for the spine called the “Leveling Technique.”

This week is all about being thankful and we are thankful for those of you who make our small business a success. To return the favor, we will be sharing small business we love, that also focus on health and wellness. First up, Route 16 in Gig Harbor. If you haven't checked out this hidden gem of a running/walking store in Gig Harbor, definitely schedule a visit! They are tucked off of the Wollochet exit, right off the Cushman trail. Highly recommend!
