Although my business is just a tiny seed buried in the cold dirt right now, and I don't have many followers or a presence on social media, I have to make sure anyone who comes across my account knows where I stand so either they know they are safe with me or they know to look for another massage therapist. I am my business and I am, and have always been, someone who believes in equal rights for ALL, as stated in our constitution. This country's history is steeped in oppression and violence but we can move forward into a new era. I feel angry and sad but I am also hopeful and determined 💜✊🏼

Happy New Year's Eve! These past few weeks have been a blur and I am so ready to set some goals and settle into a routine again. What are your goals for 2026?
I hope everyone stays safe tonight. Today is my husbands birthday so we will be doing what he wants, thankfully that's staying home and playing board games 😁 If you're out and about tonight don't drive impaired, hug your loved ones, and be kind to each other 💜

My favorite time of the day is the quiet of the dark morning, while everyone else is still asleep, and the only light is from the Christmas tree. It feels cozy and peaceful.

This time of year can be chaotic! We all deserve a quiet reprieve from the hustle of the holiday season. I spent last weekend and this weekend in Everett with an amazing instructor and fabulous group of folks learning manual lymphatic drainage. Our bodies never cease to amaze me! I'm excited to offer MLD in my practice 💜
