Burn out can be partially eased by changing it up, learning something new, and going on an adventure.

There's more to fixing burnout, but an adventure where you earn CEUs can give the space you need to figure out your next steps.

My favorite conversation of the week.

A patient realizing the imaging was unremarkable and pain management interventions were not an option, so they realized they would have to put in the work in PT.

If PT isn't working for you and the MDs keep saying go to PT, find a PT that matches your movement style. PTs are the musculoskeletal experts and each PT has their own style/approach. So, if one doesn't work for you, find a new one (don't give up)!
