We're sad to share that November 7 will be Kelley Stem's last day with North Florida Women's Care.

Kelley discovered her passion for OB/GYN while earning her degree at Eckerd College. After completing her Physician Assistant program through FSU's College of Medicine, she and her husband made Tallahassee home.

Her dedication to women's health, compassionate care, and warm bedside manner have made her an invaluable part of our team. She will be deeply missed by both our staff and patients.

Please join us in wishing Kelley all the best in her next chapter. Thank you for everything, Kelley!

Great Care Has No Gender - Meet Dr. Christopher Sundstrom

A Tallahassee native and FSU graduate, Dr. Sundstrom is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who specializes in minimally invasive surgery and the treatment of pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, and endometriosis.

Dr. Sundstrom has been voted "Best OB/GYN" in the Tallahassee Democrat's Readers' Choice Awards and serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at FSU College of Medicine.

He has also served two terms as Chair of the Department of OB-GYN at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

When he's not caring for patients, you'll find him with his wife and three daughters, serving his church, or fly fishing in the saltwater.

He is accepting new patients for both OB and GYN.

This weekend it's time to turn those clocks back! At 2am on Sunday, November 3, we "fall back" one hour for Daylight Saving Time.

The good news? You get an extra hour of sleep! Finally, some TIME well spent!

Here's your friendly reminder to:
✅ Set your clocks back 1 hour before bed on Saturday night
✅ Enjoy that bonus hour of rest (it's ABOUT TIME!)
✅ Update any clocks that don't change automatically
✅ Don't let the time change make you late for your appointment next week!

We are absolutely LOVING all the spook-tacular entries from our No-Carve Pumpkin Contest! From punny to spooky to absolutely GOURD-geous, you all really brought your A-game this spooky season!

What an incredible day at the Breast Cancer Walk supporting the American Cancer Society on October 19!

Despite the torrential downpour, lightning, and thunder, the turnout was absolutely amazing. Seeing our community come together rain or shine shows the true strength and dedication we all share in this fight.
