Meet Kayla Malik ⚡️our newest member of the Real Recovery team and official practice manager for all locations!

A proud graduate of Wakulla High School, Kayla continued her education on a Division I softball scholarship at the University of South Carolina Upstate. During her collegiate career, she was a key contributor to the team’s success—winning two conference championships and making multiple NCAA regional tournament appearances. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree while balancing the demands of high-level athletics and academics.

With a strong background in human resources and administration, Kayla brings valuable experience in team coordination, communication, and people-focused service. Her passion for supporting others and creating meaningful, positive impact has guided her professional journey.

She was drawn to Real Recovery for its high standards of care and genuine commitment to improving not just athletic performance, but overall quality of life. Kayla is proud to be part of a team that empowers individuals to thrive—both on and off the field.
