We are located in the new FSU Health and Wellness Center on Florida State University campus. We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare and Capital Health Plan insurances, along with most PI and Worker's Compensation insurance.

Due to inclement weather🌨️, our campus location, Wellness Sport & Spine is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Our main location, Athletic & Family Chiropractic will be closing an hour early Tuesday and closed on Wednesday, January 22nd. Both locations will re-open on Thursday, January 23rd.
