I am collecting non perishables for Seminole Heights Elementary School. They have a food pantry for students in need to receive a bag of food for the weekend and the pantry is running low.

Please drop off any donations at Jai Dee Yoga & Wellness. I will have a box on the porch for dropoffs during off hours, plus a box in the lobby.
You can also drop off donations directly at the school.
Thank you for helping to feed the neighborhood kids!

Everyone has a story.
Have you ever wondered how I got into massage therapy and why I am so passionate about it?
When I was 12 years old, I was diagnosed with Scoliosis. At the age of 15, we switched specialists. The new doctor was an Orthopedic Surgeon and immediately declared that I needed surgery, although I was not in any pain. A week after my 16th birthday I had a spinal fusion, which placed a small bar and 5 screws in my lumbar spine.
As I became an adult and learned about alternative therapies, I have realized that most likely I could have managed my scoliosis in a different manner, without undergoing such an intense surgery.
I have made it my mission in life to help others avoid unnecessary surgeries and to correct the postural imbalances that cause them issues.
