I ❤️ the app SO much 🥰 Its a to-do list including self care (pictured is the daily affirmation it gives me) and you get to “buy” clothes and furniture for your birb. There is a free version too 🤩

Nature amazes me 🌱🍃

I didn’t plant these ferns in the pot with my pencil cactus, yet here they are… The seeds somehow made their way INSIDE the screen from the backyard 😜 So cool 🪴❤️

This is one of my FAVORITE plants 🌸 But I almost threw it away a few weeks ago bc it was looking so sad and neglected… (See 2nd photo)

Over 1/2 of the leaves had died, but there was some new growth at the ends. The dead part represented when I had stopped watering my plants a few months ago. Depression hits everyone differently but I know it’s getting bad for me when I neglect my plants. I have to thank for that. Fun stuff 😜

Last week I finally felt the call to be creative again, which for me obviously means playing with plants. I pulled off EVERY tiny dead leaf (took forever but very satisfying), trimmed the long parts, aerated the soil, replanted the trimmed parts (every section has roots so its easy to propagate), added more soil to the top and then watered it thoroughly 🪴

When I peeked at it today, there was new growth ALL over the top of the plant! Just a small reminder that plants are resilient too, just like us. There is no failure unless you give up. Keep trying. Babysteps. All of it counts and WE are worth it 🌿❤️

I had such a good time at .farm on Sat at their 1st event open to the public 🌿🧘🏻‍♀️

Both the Master class and moss pole workshop led by .breathe.create were outstanding 🤩🤩

All plants for the workshop were donated by 🪴❤️

A big part of resiliency is choosing to change (ok sometimes trick) your mindset into a different way of looking at things. It’s NOT easy but can be done with practice and intention. Today I was really bummed about how freakin hot it is here in Tampa 🥵 My brain wants fall weather but I won’t get it for a long while… but I did enjoy a small snippet of fall when I ordered a hot apple cider from 🍁🍂🍁 Super yummy and tastes even better with the AC cranked up in the car 😜🤩

SO proud of my class yesterday at 🤩 Lots of newbies and EVERYONE experienced the cold plunge, some for even the full 5 minutes last round ❄️❄️
