Join and for a special evening Saturday, Oct 14th.

There are 3 times as many connection from the ears to the brain as there are from the eyes to the brain. Sound has been the ultimate tool that humans have been using in every culture on Earth since the beginning.

We will meet under the first post fall Equinox New Moon, using the the primary objective of Libra energy to root ourselves in calmness, and invite balance, peace and harmony into our lives. We will use the powerful tool of sound to guide our consciousness into meditative state to induce healing.

We'll begin with preparing the body for stillness. While in stillness, you will hear sounds and receive vibrations that will take you on a journey of deep relaxation and into a meditative experience. By surrendering to the sounds and allowing yourself to fall into a state of deep relaxation, the body's natural healing pathways open up and will assist in releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace. You will leave feeling lighter, more in balance, and rejuvenated.

As of October 1, today, we have been open and 44 days😊

We are starting a campaign called,
CAMPAIGN 100.

We would love your help in reaching to reach the goal of 100 students practicing in our space.

What happens then?

In December we will begin offering monthly, unlimited yoga for $111!!!!!

Our mission is to help keep yoga sustainable in your life. So help us do that. Share the word bring a friend, get to class!
