So much of my personal work and work with clients is in the “unlearning.”

Breaking cycles.

Disrupting patterns.

Why is it so difficult? We want to stop. We want to grow. We want to change.

But because our nervous system is comfortable in the “known.” It doesn’t like change - even if it’s good for us.

The wonderful thing is our subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined. That’s why meditation and visualization is so powerful.

But most of us need a jumpstart because when we begin this process and don’t see immediate results, we fall back into old habits and patterns because they are comfortable.

Change is slow and we believe we will never have a life we truly love and are fulfilled in.

This is what I do to help: I access the pattern at a soul level. Sometimes we discover where it originated from and this is all that’s needed to begin the healing process. Other times, there is no need to find the origin because your soul is already wired for change.

When we change the energy on a soul level, we change desires, needs, and patterns that have been a way of life for us - sometimes as long as we can remember.

It’s time to step out of the way you’ve always done things.
