I want to take a moment to clarify some info about nutrition consultations. If your request involves nutrition research or tapping into specialized resources, it will require a consultation. Your health is important, and I want to ensure we’re addressing your needs correctly!
For example, I’ve received questions about menstrual health, like “What herbs are good for a lighter cycle?” or “I was diagnosed with PCOS; what can I do to help?” If our conversation goes beyond five minutes of in-depth discussion, it will be considered a consultation, and I’m no longer offering free consultations.
I’ve noticed some folks come in without a primary care provider or a clear understanding of their own bodies, then ask for advice but seem to forget it later.
