Super excited to give this cook book a try! The recipes look delish and pretty simple and the commentary is hilarious!! PS-I don’t consider myself a plant based eater. I enjoy vegetables and grains and beans, but I enjoy meat, chicken, turkey, etc as well. I am interested in diversifying my menu a bit and I think these recipes would be great lunch options for me so I don’t eat out all the time. I’m happy to share my feedback on the ones I try. 😍 Thanks for the recommendation Casey!

Happy Sunday!! Good habits are what create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. 20-30 mins of exercise a few times a week to start, enough sleep, drinking WATER, cutting back on ADDED sugar (not fruit), etc. Start small with one habit you can improve on. When you take care of your health, the weight will take care of itself. Love your healthy body no matter it’s size. Post here what you’re working on and if you want an accountability partner. Two words that look so similar but mean very different things. Reinvest/Reinvent.
🥳 Take the New Year as a time to REINVEST in yourself. Meditate, journal, clean up your diet, get some activity back on your schedule, cut back on alcohol, drink more water, eat healthy fats, take a nap, etc. Do the things you used to do before the holidays took over. Look back on 2019 as a whole instead of just the last 6 weeks and see how invested you actually were in the big picture. Cheers, Girls! I look forward to working together to build our confidence on the way to reaching our goals. 💕

2019 might not have gone the way you hoped or dreamt, but the good news is that we don’t live there any more. Be who you want to be, the way you want to be this coming year. Don’t take up residence in the past. Move forward in the way that makes YOU happy. Slow and steady; fast and furious- either way, it’s up to you and what brings you contentment not anxiety. Maybe it’s time we created a movement of unconditional love and acceptance of ourselves?? Happy 2020 my friends!

When you need some extra motivation for the Thanksgiving Family 5k. with my sis in law. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday (outside of my birthday of course LOL). I love naps, good food and time with my family. This year I’ll be getting up early to run, but the naps, good food and family will still be there.
