Begin each day with God.
Pray. Give thanks. Surrender your plans.
Before the world speaks, listen within.

Move with clarity, not pressure.
Let your intention lead your actions.

3. Stay in the flow, not in force
Flow is trust.
Force is fear.
If something feels heavy, pause… realign… and continue.

You already know what you’ve committed to.
Show up for it—consistently, quietly, powerfully.

5. Be mindful of what you carry
Your thoughts.
Your words.
What you put in and on your body.
Everything holds a vibration,
choose what supports your alignment.

Even when you don’t see the full path,
trust that it is unfolding.
Faith keeps you in the flow.

Turn your daily shower, your breath, your moments, into connection.
