Veterans + Chaos: A Love Story
Veterans are so comfortable in ambiguity that we thrive in chaos.
So much so, we often recreate it in our personal lives without even realizing it.
I first noticed this when Tay and I moved in together.
No tension. No stress. No dysfunction.
And that made me anxious.
I had grown used to living in fight-or-flight mode.
So when peace showed up, I didn’t know what to do with it.
Over time, I adjusted… but I still craved that stimuli I got from the military.
Until I found EDM Festivals.
The music. The crowds. The lights. The lasers The organized chaos.
It gave me exactly what I needed to feel alive again without the destruction.
If you’re a vet or anyone who feels wired for chaos, check out Chaos Theory.
It helped me understand that craving.
Craving chaos isn’t negative, it’s neutral. It’s how you feed it that determines the outcome.
I found EDM Festivals.
You might find something different.
Just make sure it’s something that builds you, not tears you down.
