🌿 My gut loves this simple tea.
Sometimes the best support for digestion and hormones comes from the simplest ingredients.
Today’s blend:
🫚 Ginger – helps calm inflammation, support digestion, and reduce bloating
🌿 Mint leaves – soothing for the stomach and helpful for easing digestive discomfort
🌰 Cloves – naturally antimicrobial and supportive for gut balance
🍋 Lemon (added after) – supports liver function and helps the body process hormones
How I make it:
Blend the ginger, mint, and cloves.
Boil for about 8–10 minutes, then add fresh lemon at the end.
Warm, simple, and supportive for both the gut and hormone balance.
