I had a reaction the other day and I was sure it was the food.
Because this is what I ate:
🐟 sardines
🌿 arugula + mushrooms
🍓 strawberries
🍌 banana
🍞 Rooibos tea
All things I’ve had before.
So when the itching started I was confused.
Then I realized —
👉 the only new thing that day was a Z-pack.
And it made me pause.
Because sometimes it’s not just the food. It’s what’s happening around the food.
Your gut.
Your system.
Your overall balance.
This journey keeps reminding me:
👉 don’t jump to conclusions… pay attention to patterns.
