I had a reaction the other day and I was sure it was the food.

Because this is what I ate:
🐟 sardines
🌿 arugula + mushrooms
🍓 strawberries
🍌 banana
🍞 Rooibos tea

All things I’ve had before.
So when the itching started I was confused.

Then I realized —

👉 the only new thing that day was a Z-pack.
And it made me pause.
Because sometimes it’s not just the food. It’s what’s happening around the food.

Your gut.
Your system.
Your overall balance.

This journey keeps reminding me:
👉 don’t jump to conclusions… pay attention to patterns.

This is how I’ve been elevating my tea game lately… ☕✨

🫖 Rooibos + cinnamon + oat milk + maple syrup + collagen
Simple… but it does a lot:
🫖 Rooibos – naturally caffeine-free + supports calm, steady energy
🍂 Cinnamon – helps with blood sugar balance

After being sick, I’m not reaching for anything extreme…

✨Just two ingredients…
and honestly, that’s all my body needed today.

🥕 Carrots + 🍊 orange

Nothing fancy. Just simple support while I’m getting back on track.

🫩I just got my labs back… and my body is trying to tell me something… again.

My ferritin is low again and I’ll be honest — I don’t fully understand why.

Because I’ve been: • eating better
• paying attention to my body
• making changes that actually helped

So for a moment, I thought…
“Am I missing something?”

But instead of spiraling, I paused.
Healing isn’t always linear.
Sometimes your body is still working things out… even when you’re doing “everything right.”

So now, I’m paying attention again.
Not panicking.
Not guessing.
Just observing.

Because if there’s one thing this journey has taught me…

👉 there’s always a reason.

You just have to stay close enough to your body to find it.

👉 Anyone else ever feel like they’re doing everything right… and still get unexpected results?

I’ve been a little quiet… and this is why 🤢

Nothing major — just listening to my body and giving it what it needs.
✅Rest.
✅Fluids.
✅Less pressure.

Healing doesn’t always look like routines and perfect meals.

Sometimes it looks like slowing all the way down.

And honestly… I’m okay with that.
