Dan Wall Fitness Studio is a full service personal training studio offering one hour and half hour sessions in a private gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a team of personal trainers who are motivated to help you look and feel your best. Each session is specifically designed for your individual goals to accomplish them as quickly as possible. We also offer partner sessions (for you and a friend or family member) and small group training. In our aerobics room we offer many different classes such as Zumba and Indo-Row.

Whenever I don't want to workout, which is now more than anytime in my life, I get started by telling myself that I can do it easy or slowly. But I have to start!

It's much easier to go harder, heavier, or faster, than it is to start. So Start! 💪🚶

What’s easier? Is it easier to avoid or resist?

For me, it’s easier to avoid! My willpower 💪🏻 will fail me 100% of the time eventually. So this is not a strategy that I use anymore.

If I want to have success with my diet, I keep nothing in my pantry or refrigerator that will sabotage my efforts! 🧁🍩🍫🍨

I heard a saying that has really impacted me. “It’s easier to maintain good health than it is to regain lost health.” This motivates me to exercise every day because most days I don’t feel like exercising. I don’t want to lose my health! This feeling is new to me in the past 5 years but I don’t want to work harder, later. And that “not feeling like it”feeling, only lasts 5 minutes.

Find your motivation! Start slow and if already active, improve consistency. Go for a walk! You got this!

There is a whole lot of good here for breakfast and it’s quick and easy!
- High protein Greek yogurt
- 3 of the best fruits to eat: blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries
- A touch of Florida Honey: 🍯 antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, digestion, allergies. Power food!
- And some cinnamon for blood sugar

Tastes like dessert for breakfast but gives you incredible energy for hours and the feeling like you did something good for yourself! 💪🏻😀

If you eat less but prioritize protein, you’ll lose body fat.

If you eat less, prioritize protein AND lift weights, you’ll lose fat AND build muscle!

We’ve eaten meat, eggs and dairy for thousands of years.

We’ve had processed foods for only 100 years.

But for some reason animal foods get blamed for all our health problems & processed junk foods get a pass!
