Today we honor the brave men and women who have selflessly served our nation. Their courage, sacrifice, and devotion remind us of the words in John 15:13 —

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

As we reflect on their service, may we also give thanks to God for His protection and peace. Let us pray for every veteran and their families — that the Lord would bless them with healing, comfort, and strength.
