Last night I was curious why no one was talking about the storm and this morning I’m glad to see ppl taking it serious. I pray for our communities to be safe during this time. We live in an RV so we will be evacuating again. Thankfully last storm wasn’t bad for our location and from the looks of this storm all bets are off. Praying for Serenity.
Definitely make arrangements to leave if you can. If you need power to run medical devices please have a plan. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you need now. This storm may not be as powerful as other storms but it’s got the hallmarking of a life changer. Our ground is saturated with water and taking a direct hit from a hurricane rn is likely to leave a LOT of trees down. Falling trees are deadly so please be careful. This is a storm that could leave a community without power and water for extended periods of time. Now is the time to work out a plan so you can address any holes you might have before the storm hits. Please stay safe and may you all have the strength it takes to prepare. If you don’t have what you think you need ask. We need to work together.

Did you know that your cervical mucus is different when you are fertile? The days during ovulation this mucus is clear and very sticky like egg whites. Knowing this can help track your cycle especially if your irregular.
Also, s***m can live anywhere from 5-12 days or so once in the body and it only takes a very small amount (1 drop) in the right mucus to have a chance. It is true there is no real safe time but there are times that prayer and meditation can be made. Different herbs can affect the PH making it difficult for the egg to attach. There is also a pressure point about an inch/2 inches under belly button that can prevent blood flow to the uterus and is very helpful for cramping relief and recommended off limits during pregnancy.
While I believe in using meditation to prevent pregnancy it is much more difficult to END a pregnancy with. I advocate for women to connect with their inner goddess and move moons any day but the expectation that a woman not only has developed this gift but can afford the time it takes is similar to traveling out of state to make a medical decision that should be hers. The meditation is a complete surrender of time and energy into one request and is very taxing. It is the equivalent of being in prayer for weeks. It requires extreme concentration of one’s faith and communion with the source of all things/God.

I can’t believe I am sharing my faith experience with fertility and genuinely scared that this could haunt me later in a legal sense. This is an extension of my Christian faith. I answer to God. This is me sharing my faith and what I hope becomes common knowledge among women about their fertility.

There are men out there who don’t care who it is but want to get someone pregnant. There are men who get their girlfriends and wives pregnant without getting consent and will play dumb when asked. It takes two to get pregnant and it is my opinion that since it only takes one to carry a pregnancy that the woman has the final say on when, how, and doesn’t owe anyone a why.

Cervical mucus is a vaginal fluid produced by the cervix. It changes in consistency throughout the menstrual cycle and plays a role in fertility.
