Working on a new Chile Rellenos recipe. Not sure it’s totally insta worth yet, but it’s nice to see the progression in the diss too. 🤷‍♀️Pretty happy with it, a couple of tweaks and it will be perfection. Definitely got the crispness down! Not a big fan of the egg batter style. Planning on rellenos this Christmas instead of tamales!

Pretty nice crumb on this rustic GF Italian Loaf. Have baked any bread any months. Pretty happy with this one.

Post treatment challenges are real y’all! 3weeks post-op from SLAP surgery to repair my rotator cuff that ripped sometime during treatment. Still on pretty heavy restrictions but I’m starting to move more and have a little fun in the kitchen! Strawberry Cupcakes ftw!

I received phenomenal unexpected news on Friday! It took all weekend to sink in. To process and give gratitude, Bella and I went to one of the few Vortex spots in Taos. A quiet spot of reflection and to soak up the energy of the vortex tree and healing the gorge offers. I am OFFICALLY NED!!! no evidence of disease!! I had my LAST MRI and blood work and there is 0 cancer DNA in my blood! (Not even a fraction of a point) and NO signs of reoccurrence anywhere in the body! 100% cancer free at the 2year mark. This is huge for a TNBC Thriver!! Moving forward only bloodwork every 6 months!!! I’m not gonna miss that MRI machine 🤣.

Happy Summer Solstice! It’s my favorite day of the year. I made the mistake and didn’t take a personal day(won’t do that again) but I got so@e SIT training in on the Slide trail, concert on Sat, and some mountain time with the Bellaroni
