Hebrews 2:17–18 (ESV)
“Therefore he had to be made like his brothers in every respect… so that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest… For because he himself has suffered when tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.”

Advent reminds us that Jesus didn’t stay distant—He came near. Hebrews tells us why: so He could become our merciful and faithful High Priest.

Jesus took on real flesh, real struggle, real temptation—so He could truly understand us and redeem us.
He didn’t enter the world to observe our pain—He entered to carry it, to heal it, to save us from it.

Whatever you’re facing this week—stress, sadness, weariness—remember:
Jesus gets it.
He understands.
And He stands beside you with mercy.

Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for being a High Priest who understands my struggles. Give me strength and comfort as I walk through this week. Ame

It’s super important to hang out with people who are crushing it in the areas you want to succeed in. They’re the ones who can really help you see the path ahead. Like, if you wanna be a rockstar accountant, chatting with a chef probably won’t do much for you! So, find those folks who are living the dream you’re after!

How about making a list of your "visionaries"? Start looking for ways to connect with them more often. They can inspire you in all sorts of areas—spirituality, business, relationships, and even fitness. Remember, who you spend time with really shapes your journey, so choose wisely! 🌟

My name is Kristen, and I help families prioritize their health with lifestyle changes, including regular exercise & high quality nutrition to ensure they are properly nourishing their bodies so you can feel and be your best. I am a woman with many hats. I’m a mother to 5 beautiful children, a National Board Certified Teacher, a fitness & nutrition coach, and Lifestyle Coach with the CDC.

I’ve always loved fitness and the way that exercising makes me feel, but it wasn’t until losing my dad (when he was just 57), that I really began to ask the question, “What does it truly mean to be healthy?” I knew it was far more than just being the “right weight”. So, for the past 10 years, I have been learning more and more about what it means to be well and healthy starting at the cellular level. It is my passion and purpose to serve those around me and share what I learn with others.

I help families improve their nutrition with . (*kids eat FREE) I provide nutrition education, share healthy recipes, and I share the #1 whole food nutrition products in the world (NOT supplements).
