This is for the “anti” heavy mayo chicken salad peeps! This Probably one of the easiest and crunchiest chicken salad recipes. All you will need are two chicken breasts (I used a rotisserie chicken), 1/2 cup of Mayo, 6 chopped celery sticks, 1 cup of grapes, 1/4 of a red onion (chopped) 3/4 teaspoon of cumin, a handful of chopped nuts of your choice (I used cashews) and salt and pepper to taste! You can swap out the Mayo for Greek yogurt too! You can refrigerate and eat later or right away! Up to you ! Enjoy guys!
