If you see me crying with worship music turned all the way up, don’t panic.

I’m not falling apart.
I’m being put back together.

Those tears aren’t weakness, they’re release.
That music isn’t noise, it’s lifeline.

It’s me laying down the weight I was never meant to carry.
It’s me choosing surrender over spiraling.
It’s me letting heaven meet me right in the middle of my mess.

Some people run when life gets loud.
I turn the volume up on the only thing that quiets my soul.

So if you catch me in that moment, eyes closed, voice cracking, hands lifted while the dishes still need done and the kids are still calling my name…

Just let me be.

That’s not a breakdown.
That’s a real-time rescue.
