Today we celebrated our wonderful stakeholders with a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings. This is something we do monthly "Stakeholder Appreciate Day". We have meals and fun activities like trivia with prizes. As always, we appreciate our entire staff here at Signature Healthcare of Spencer County and thanks for all you do!

You can stop in or call us to choose a number. Each number represents a resident with a small wish list to make their Christmas extra meaningful.

James had one unforgettable night at the Battle of the Bluegrass — cheering on his beloved UofL Cardinals as they brought home the victory at the YUM! Center!

His faith in the outcome never wavered, and his excitement lit up the arena. This incredible experience was made possible through the Signature Inspire Foundation, which helps turn dreams into reality for those we serve.

We were honored to surprise James with the big reveal — and seeing his joy was the true win of the night. ❤️

We rolled out the red carpet for this years Hall of Fame recipients Vivian Coffman, Gretchen Smith, and Taylorsville Community Church.
