Heavenly Father, we lift up the city of Louisville, the victims of this crash, the families waiting for news, and the responders on the front lines. You know every name, every face, every tear. Comfort those who feel abandoned. Strengthen those who are weary. Bring peace that surpasses understanding — a guard for hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Use this moment, Lord, to draw many into Your hope, to remind us of the brevity of life, and the certainty of Your promise. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Devotional Insight

Before time began — before you took your first breath, made your first mistake, or prayed your first prayer — God had already chosen you.
You are not an accident. You are not overlooked. The Creator of the universe looked across eternity and said, “That one is mine.”

Many people live their lives trying to earn love, approval, or belonging. But this verse shatters that mindset. God didn’t choose you because you were perfect — He chose you because He is perfect in love. He didn’t wait for you to get it together; He selected you in your most broken state and decided to make you whole in Christ.

Adoption means chosen intentionally. You weren’t just included; you were pursued. You were wanted. That truth alone has the power to heal deep rejection and loneliness. When the world tells you that you don’t measure up, this verse declares that you were measured and found worthy by the One who created you.

So today, walk with your head high. Not because of arrogance, but because of divine confidence — you are chosen, accepted, and deeply loved by God. His love is not based on performance but on promise.

Are you facing some mountains In your life right now? Mountains of debt, sickness , or attack of the enemy thats coming against you? Mark 11:22-23a, Jesus said, "Have faith in God, for verily, I say unto you, That whosesoever shall say unto this mountain..."
In this passage, Jesus tells us exactly what to do with the mountains- speak to them. So if you have things holding you back, speak to those mountains and not about the mountains! Jesus said to do this and it will help clear things up in your life!
Pray, fast, and get into the Word! It will change your life! I know from experience!
