FOOD REVIEW

Ooooohkay PEOPLE! First of all, thank you to those that gave the recommendation to review this place!

The food was AMAZING!! Service was AMAZING!!! Price was completely AFFORDABLE!!

I went to TACO BOY off Highway 9 & Rangeline Road in Tecumseh, OK.

Let me say first and foremost, I have NEVER gotten such genuine service. You are treated like family at this place. The environment is very warm and welcoming. The food was made FRESH to order and was not hardly any wait time. The chips are made fresh and completely delicately delicious paired with the home made red salsa. I ordered the taco plate with asada meat (steak) and also had the privilege of trying the sirloin queso dip (Miss Lilly especially loved it). 😍 Absolutely delicious. The rice is soft and perfectly cooked paired with amazingly delicious beans. 😋 If you have not tried this place, grab your keys and drive now to Taco Boy - you won't be disappointed if you live authentic Mexican food! Definitely the BEST tacos around here and the most authentic places I've reviewed in a while. I got the privilege of meeting the owner as well, Leo is a very nice man and I hope this place is around for a long while, Definitely worth the drive if you are in the OKC/ Metro area. Yes I made a happy plate and boy was my belly happy & full! They also do phone orders and catering events. I'll definitely be driving out from Earlsboro and being a regular here!

Come on out and race! Fun for the whole family! If you don't have anything to ride, come out to watch and enjoy a night at the track! Concession stand is open with food, snacks & drinks available! Professional photographer on site!

Family fun for everyone! Bring your machine and come out for an evening of riding! Or just come out to watch if you've got nothing to ride! Loads of fun! Also, a concession stand open with good burgers, frito chillie pie, and more!!

Okay! Another Shawnee FB request!

Originally from California myself, This is a meal that I've had a hard time finding here in Oklahoma...

CARNE ASADA FRIES!!!!

I have officially found the BEST place that makes them in the state of Oklahoma, and it's right here in Shawnee!!!!

The "Taqueria El Dollar" taco truck on the corner of Harrison & Wayne St. Is AMAZING!!! AN ABSOLUTE MUST TRY!!!! You can't miss it, it's bright orange!

This MASSIVE dish I bought was $10!!! A huge bed of freshly cooked French fries, layered with beans, carne asada (steak), shredded cheese and sour cream, optional toppings also include diced tomatoes and guacamole (I had a picky child I shared this plate with so I opted out of those things this time). The dish is also garnished with a roasted jalapeño and pickled carrots. The service was excellent and my order was made in record time!

This is a CASH ONLY food truck so make sure you stop by an ATM or bank before you go if you don't have cash on hand! They also take over the phone to-go orders!

Definitely will be a regular at this taco truck!!!

Okay Facebook... You all suggested for me to review a local place in Shawnee, OK off Main Street:

HAMBURGER KING

This small original diner was busy during the lunch hour, the staff was very polite and gave great service and the food was brought out fast, fresh & hot!

I ordered the cheeseburger basket with a water & a side of their house- made ranch (came out to $9.02).

The burger was juicy & delicious, an even amount of my preferred topings, the fries were perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ranch though (oh my goodness) it was AMAZING. Best home- made ranch I've tasted in a while! Perfectly paired with my fries. They offer a few other dishes I haven't tried, but this one was definitely great! 👌 If you haven't tried them already, go give them a try, delicious food for a good price! 😋

Yall need to go see Samuel Lively at the BBQ food truck on Kickapoo Ave. In Shawnee, OK!! Today, he is stationed just passed the Shawnee Animal Hospital in the parking lot next to Arby's. The food was so good, I had to pull out my big camera. Brisket was fall apart juicy! I ordered the "BBQ BOWL" with no beans, onions or jalapeños (had to share with my 7 year old). It was AMAZING. He should be there until 5pm or sold out. Get it while it's still there!! It came with a bed of home fries, layered with home-made smoked mac N cheese, Melt in your mouth brisket, hot and fresh, draped over it and then it's topped with smoked nacho cheese sauce and all bonded with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. It all comes together that dances on your tastebuds just right!!!
