Please help us welcome Kristin McKay, BSN, RN!

Kristin has been a nurse since 2008, bringing 18 years of experience to our team. She began her career in pediatric neurosurgery at CHOC, then spent six years in OB and eight years as a wound care nurse at Hoag Newport Beach before transitioning into aesthetics five years ago. She loves helping patients feel confident and refreshed, and her favorite treatment is chin and jawline filler, restoring structure and adding volume to create a more youthful, beautifully balanced look.

Kristin has been married for 28 years and has two adult children. She and her husband are now empty nesters with a Labrador who keeps them busy! She loves being outdoors walking, biking, and camping in their sprinter van as they plan to travel the U.S.

Fun fact: She’s obsessed with interior design and always has a DIY project going at home!

Meet Nurse Tatiana ✨

We’re so excited to officially welcome Tatiana to the Flawless family 🩷

Tatiana is a registered nurse with 6 years of experience, beginning her career at Loma Linda as a step-down ICU nurse during COVID before transitioning into aesthetics nearly 5 years ago. Her clinical background paired with an incredible eye for detail allows her to deliver beautiful, natural results while always prioritizing safety.

She is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin through skin rejuvenation and injectables, with microneedling being her absolute favorite treatment for reviving and restoring the skin using your body’s own healing power.

Outside of the treatment room, Tatiana is married to her high school sweetheart and is a busy mama to two little ones (Irish twins!) and their sweet pup, Bodhi. She loves beach days, slow coffee mornings, and time with family.

Fun fact: She’s left-handed but injects with her right — the best of both worlds 😉
