I absolutely love coming into this space and being able to guide you all on your mats. It’s the highlight of my morning for sure! There’s no better way to start your day than with some yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ but what really tips the scale is yoga in a jungle of living plants 🪴 there isn’t a cleaner space of air than in this magical greenhouse!

You’ll experience a 30 minute vinyasa flow (beginner level so all are welcome) during our vinyasa we will be joined by live DJs who will provide the killer tunes for us to flow too! Then we will slow it down with a 30 minute sound meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️🤍✨ and to top it all off! After class you’ll get 30 minutes of shopping time before the plant stand opens!! 🪴🎉🙌🏼

Attitude of gratitude 🤍✨

How amazing is it that we live a quick two hour drive from one of the most beautiful places in America? Beyond grateful to walk in this beautiful place. Nature is the best teacher. Teaches us to slow down, to enjoy the simple things. That even though we are so small in this great big world we can make such an impact. Sedona always provides me with the best reset, and it’s even more magical in the rain. Something about the clouds resting upon the rocks that just gets me! Sedona is beautiful rain or shine, Sedona is magic ✨

Like a tree remain grounded and rooted to the earth below you during the storm ⛈ you’ll make it through just keep holding on.

I took off to Sedona for an adventure and little nature reset! Met up with my best friend for some fun hikes and good times! We did Cathedral rock trial in the pouring rain. We got soaked. It was a beautiful cleansing hike 🧡♥️🤍✨

Sedona in the rain is a magical place. The energy just feels different there so peaceful and calm. It’s one of my favorite places to hike and meditate. And of course some yoga!
