Nothing in your body works alone.
Your vitamins, hormones, mood, digestion, sleep, skin..
they’re all talking to each other all day long.
You can take vitamin D, but if your magnesium is low… it won’t land.
You can “detox,” but if you’re not going to the bathroom, moving, sweating, and getting minerals in…you’ll still feel puffy and tired.
You can chase hormone fixes, but if you never feel safe, rested, or fed…your missed period or heavy flow will tell you.
