✈️ They made it! My small but carefully curated collection of finds from Taipei and Tokyo are officially in the Refillery Boutique.

I told you I didn't have much room in my luggage, and I meant it. This is everything I could carry back - each piece chosen because it felt special, intentional, and like something that fits our values as an eco-conscious boutique with self-care services.

What's available (while it lasts): Wooden gua sha tools for facial massage and lymphatic drainage. Sandalwood hair combs and sticks for those messy bun days. 🌸 SPRING EQUINOX - MARCH 20TH 🌸

Today the world balances. Day and night become equal. Light and dark hold hands for just a moment before spring takes the lead.

You know that feeling when you find something special and you just know your people are going to love it?

That's been me for the past two weeks wandering through Taipei and Tokyo, hunting for eco-friendly treasures that would fit perfectly with what we've built at the Refillery Boutique.

Here's the thing - I didn't have much room in my luggage, so I got very selective. Each item I chose had to earn its spot. Clean ingredients? Check. Eco-friendly? Absolutely. Something you can't find anywhere else around here? That's the whole point.

I'm creating a small international finds section in the boutique with these limited-quantity pieces. Once they're gone, they're gone. Some of this stuff I only brought back two or three of because that's all I could fit.

This trip has been incredible - exploring new cities, visiting my daughter, discovering products I never would have found otherwise. But I'm not going to lie, I'm ready to get back to my happy place.

Back to Sozo. Back to you all. Back to doing what I love most - curating beautiful, clean, eco-friendly finds for our community.

Can't wait to show you what I brought home. These international treasures are going to make you smile.

This beautiful Irish blessing was just shared during a Gendai Reiki Koryukai session as a way to describe how the Gokai - the 5 Reiki principles - make us feel.

And isn't that something? How a traditional Irish prayer and ancient Japanese Reiki principles can speak the same truth. How different cultures, separated by oceans and centuries, can arrive at the same understanding of what it means to be held, protected, and blessed.

"May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be always at your back..."

This isn't just a St. Patrick's Day sentiment. It's the energy we cultivate when we practice the Reiki principles. It's what happens when we choose not to worry, not to anger, to be grateful, to work diligently, and to show kindness.

We are all connected. Our healing practices may have different names, different origins, different languages - but they're all reaching for the same light.

Today we celebrate the Irish tradition. We honor ancient Reiki wisdom. And we recognize that at the heart of it all, we're simply asking for the same blessing: to be held safe, to walk our path with support, to be warmed by grace.

Day 4 in Taiwan and it's time to try out my Shampoo and Conditioner Bars locally made in AZ by Arizona Thistle!

The shampoo lathered up really nicely and cleansed my hair without stripping it. The conditioner had a lot of slip making it easy to detangle my curls and was very moisturizing. ( I think my desert hair is also loving the moisture in the air here! )

Overall 2 thumbs up...these may become a staple in my shower, not just for traveling!!
