“Wowwww! It’s hard to believe that we’ve been at this for 1 year already! Embarking on a journey of this kind was entering a whole new territory for me. I’ve never done anything like it in my life. I remember you saying, ‘I will point the way, but YOU have to walk the path.’ You are a perfect combo of tough and tender! [TTT or T³ (Tough ’n Tender Tad) is my nickname for ya!] 😀 The biggest thank you, Tad, for not only helping me in training my body but also for the positive impact you’ve had on my mindset. You’ve helped me to appreciate the difference between motivation and discipline. And, THAT, is just ONE of the MANY reasons why I have pressed on and not given up. So many lessons that go beyond the map of fitness and nutrition but are also the very things that aided me in maintaining my course. I have so much gratitude for you helping me realize that I am capable of achieving way more than I everrrr imagined! Now, it’s on to the next destination!
PS. Thank you so much for your patience with me because I know I’ve sent you on some unexpected detours! But you always steer me back to where I need to be!”
She pressed on. She changed more than her body.
