A heartfelt goodbye to Love & Bliss Nidra & Breathwork ✨

After over 5 years of guiding this sacred monthly meditation at Everything Just Rocks, this Saturday, December 20th event is my last offering. What began as a simple call to gather has become a beautiful container for hundreds of you—releasing stress, awakening bliss, and remembering your light.
I’m deeply grateful for every soul who showed up, every breath shared, every gong vibration that reset us back to love. Tempe, you held space for magic. Thank you for trusting the journey.

In January 2020, I stepped into my first Integral Breath Therapy training with my teacher, Carol Lampman, a pioneer with more than 30 years in the field. That doorway changed everything. The work unlocked capacity in my breath I’d only tasted before. Old trauma patterns began to unwind from my breathing, and I could finally receive the life force I’d been sipping for years.
Part of certification was 30 minutes of daily practice. Those sessions were profound. My breath would shift on its own—from long, slow waves to fast, full currents—until the breath breathed itself. I’d emerge naturally without watching the clock, energized and peaceful. I’d set an intention, then the practice would do the rest. Insight always came.

Breathwork has helped me heal, regulate, and grow in ways I didn’t know were possible. It’s become the most reliable path back to calm, clarity, and my true self.
