Handpoked Hummingbird on the heartspace to honor Abigail’s mama

10 yrs ago I met at where I presented an experience called “Enter the Creative Portal”.
Abigail was there attending & she had the wildest kundalini energy activation! It was a life changing moment for me as a facilitator as well.
And we’ve stayed in contact ever since…

Fast forward - she returns to AZ with her son, in a major life transition. This past year or so she made an album to honor the grief from losing her Mother.
And one of the tracks is right here lighting up this reel!! (Take a listen on Spotify y’all)

Even though she had a big naysayer throw a wrench in her creative process, SHE DID IT ANYWAY!
She wrote & produced the album all on her own.
WOW!
Her creation is rich with meaning, power, diversity of sound & style, offering the listener an opportunity to reflect on life’s wins, losses, desires & emotions.

🌙 ✨H E A L E D in the W I L D ✨🐍

I am so proud of this piece! When I look at it, I’m still in awe… We made this!

The snake, rosemary, moon, and stars on the arm were hand poked in Ceremony in 3.5 hours.
The second session was held in Sedona by the creek where we completed some adornments on her hand and fingers in a couple hours precipitated by cold plunging, splashing, cacao, to***co, & songs.

Words fail to express the depth of gratitude for this work, because it’s really more of a feeling, a knowing. Building relationship with each and every one of you fulfills and nourishes such an intimately important need within me.

Tatu is a potent medicine when held with intentionality and respect. Tatu offers a profoundly alchemical opportunity to meet & love Oneself.

Tatu has been around as long as people have been around. The primal and instinctual knowing to story tell our personal and collective mythos through the skin is as old as we are.

I wear many hats, offer many services and do many things. Yet Tatu will always hold such an important aspect to the wholeness of my being.
Thank you for granting me the trust and willingness so that I may walk this path alongside you.

Fun facts about me :
⚡️ I grew up in a po dunk town called Hawkeye, Iowa …a humble bunch of only 400 folks 🌽

⚡️My high school’s mascot was the Hawk.

⚡️I attended Hawkeye Community College before completing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

⚡️ I was a big Iowa Hawkeyes fan in college & bartended at a local dive Hawkeye’s themed bar.

⚡️I’ve been seeing Hawks everywhere!
There was a Harris Hawk, the same type of h
Hawk that is pictured in the slides, across from my home just yesterday. I

⚡️ I found Hawk feathers at a park this past weekend.

Hawk is one of my continued lifelong allies, and I would be so honored and absolutely stoked to offer this as a Tatu!
I am open to repeating this design if there is interest. Hawk medicine is for the people.
We only need to look up and pay attention and listen.
