Today at 4:30pm! For our attendees, here is the following info to help you prep for session!

🌿 Sound Bath Session Preparation Guide 🌿
To receive the fullest benefits of your sound bath experience, please take a moment to prepare your body, mind, and space.

🧘 What to Bring
Yoga mat or comfortable floor padding
Blanket (your body temperature may shift)
Pillow or eye pillow
Journal & pen (optional for insights afterward)
Water bottle

👕 What to Wear
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
Layers recommended for warmth
Avoid restrictive clothing or heavy jewelry

🕯 During the Session
Lie down or sit comfortably
Allow yourself to fully relax—there is nothing to “do”
Let the sounds guide you into rest and awareness
If emotions arise, allow them without judgment

🌙 After Your Session
Drink plenty of water
Move gently for the rest of the day
Journal or reflect on any sensations, emotions, or insights
Prioritize rest if needed—deep integration may continue for hours or days
