I used to wear choker necklaces all the time. Loved them. Then someone told me anything tight on the throat can symbolically restrict your voice.

That hit me.
And I made a new choice.

It made me look at how many things in business and life feel harmless on the surface yet quietly limit our voice, energy, or direction. High achievers do this often. We push through things that are actually holding us back.

The real growth comes from noticing what tightens around us without our awareness and choosing again.

I thought moving to Arizona would be the clean slate. Turns out my real wake-up call showed up later… in the form of someone smearing guacamole on my suede jacket at work. Wild, I know.

That ridiculous moment gave me the clarity I needed.
Not every sign looks dramatic.
Some look petty.
Some look messy.
Some look like guacamole.
