Most fat loss advice online was built for women who are 5’6–5’9.
Not women who are 5’0–5’3.
As a nurse practitioner working with petite women, I see this all the time:
➡️ Eating less and less
➡️ Doing more cardio
➡️ Still stuck with the same 10-15 pounds
Petite women don’t need more restriction.
They need a strategy that protects muscle, metabolism, and hormones.
