Phoenix Rising is an in-person, 2.5-hour mini-retreat for women stepping fully into their Wise Woman era.

Most people assume that because I’ve led women’s wellness circles for 12+ years, my self-care game has always been strong.

But one Christmas morning… I pulled a can of sardines out of my stocking and dramatically exclaimed,
“OH MY GOSH — NO WAY! This is EXACTLY what I wanted!”

…in front of my toddler. 😅

At 1am the night before, after wrapping everyone’s gifts and filling everyone’s stockings (kids, husband, cat, hamster 🫠), I realized mine was empty.
I almost hid it.

But I refused to let it look like Santa valued everyone else more than me.

So… sardines it was.

That moment taught me something big and difficult:
It wasn’t Santa who devalued me.
It was me.

And that stopped that year.

I don’t stuff my stocking with sardines anymore.
I fill it with things I actually love.

Because when our kids watch us honor our rest, joy, and inner lives — they learn to do the same.

As we move into a new year, many of us feel the quiet pull to pause and ask what we are truly calling in. A vision board is not about perfection or pressure. It is about creating space to listen, clarify, and intentionally choose the direction you are growing toward.

Vision boards help us stay connected to our desires and values, especially when life feels busy or overwhelming. Through intentional visualization, we strengthen focus, motivation, and emotional resilience. For women and mamas holding full lives, this kind of grounding and clarity can be deeply supportive.

Our Vision Board Circles are a guided, gentle experience designed to help you reflect, dream, and set intentions in community. You will be supported in translating what lives in your heart into something tangible, meaningful, and aligned for the year ahead.

🌟 Winter Solstice Blessings, Magical Mamas 🌟

Today we meet the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year and a sacred pause in the turning of the seasons. Across time and cultures, this threshold has been honored as a moment of stillness, reflection, and the gentle promise that the light returns.

From ancient sites aligned to the solstice sunrise to simple traditions of candlelight, evergreens, warm food, and storytelling, humanity has always known this truth: we are not meant to walk through the dark alone. Solstice is about warmth, community, and gathering close.

Here in our Magical Mama community, we live this ancient wisdom by seeing one another, believing in one another, and holding light for each other — even when it’s hard to see our own. Thank you for choosing kindness, courage, and connection. 🙏🏼❤️
