As of May 11, 2022, our practice location within the Walmart Vision Center in Temple is permanently closed.

If you would like to make an appointment with Dr. Christoph, please call Complete Family Eyecare in Gilbertsville, PA at 610-323-4445.

If you need a copy of your prescription, please email a request to
rpcod.staff@gmail.com.

If you would like your records transferred to a new provider,
please have your new provider fax their request to 484-637-2131.

Any other questions or concerns, please leave a message at 610-921-1638. Voicemails are reviewed once a week.

Our office will be closed from Thursday afternoon, April 7, 2022, until Monday morning, April 11, 2022, while Dr. Christoph attends an out-of-town conference. Staff will be periodically checking voice mail at 610-921-1638 and returning calls.

Holiday Hours; We are closed Christmas Eve 12/24 and Christmas Day 12/25. Wednesday December 29, we will be.closing at 3pm. We will be closed New Year's Eve, 12/31, and New Year's Day, Jan 1, 2022. May your holidays be joyful, peaceful and safe.
