I love a good smoothie, a fresh juice, cashew yogurt, chia pudding, all those typical breakfast foods. But I really love warm veggies for breakfast!๐คญ

I made this soup for dinner and I couldn't wait to have it again for breakfast.

Sauted leeks, creamy gold potatoes, lots of herbs like basil, thyme, oregano, sage, veggie stock, a good sprinkling of dulse. Purรฉed and finished with coconut milk.๐ค๐ผ
