We should not pretend to have confidence or knowledge in a particular area until we actually gain it.

It is simply false confidence.

Instead, we should stick to a more honest and realistic approach of "face it till you make it."

This means acknowledging the challenges and obstacles that come with pursuing a goal, and persistently working hard to overcome them.

Success only comes from facing and overcoming challenges, rather than pretending they don't exist in the first place.

In essence, we should embrace the challenges and failures that come with the struggle as opportunities for growth and learning.
