Do you know somewhere that needs updating? Vigo County is currently running a self-evaluation of all county-own ed facilities and programs for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Title ll of the ADA requires that each of the County's
services, programs, and activities be readily accessible and usable by individuals with disabilities.

Vigo County is soliciting public input and comments from individuals with disabilities, their caregivers, and disability
advocates, on what barriers to access of County facilities or programs exist or are perceived to exist. This will be an opportunity to provide suggestions and comments on how to remove barriers. All comments will be reviewed and considered for inclusion in the self-evaluation and transition plan.
