I finally found a group cardio kickboxing class, “Body Combat”. Started back in September!
🦇👊🏻🦇

It is also my first big box gym ever. I have alway been a boutique fitness girl.

I 🖤 Kickboxing. It put me in a zen yet powerful state. Great for stress relief and empowerment. I know it’s not everyone cup-o-tea. It definitely is mine.

Thank you Coach Mathew and Coach Rachel for being so BatAss!
